A.- Cumplir todas las disposiciones legales que rigen las expediciones en la zona fronteriza chilena y las regulaciones medioambientales vigentes, como también las reglamentaciones establecidas por la Corporación Nacional Forestal (CONAF) en caso de incursionar en áreas silvestres protegidas.
     All regulations applicable to the frontier zone, including those applicable to the environmental protection as well as those established by the Corporation Nacional Forestal (CONAF) relating to specially protected areas.

B.- Ingresar y salir del país por puertos, aeropuertos o pasos fronterizos terrestres legalmente habilitados y circunscribir las actividades relacionadas con la expedición a los lugares autorizados.
     Arriving at, and departing from, the country through regular ports, airports and landborder passes and carryng out projected activities in the visited area as previously authorized.

C.- Tomar contacto previo con las autoridades policiales y/o militares de las zonas a explorar y seguir las recomendaciones que les sean formuladas a los expedicionarios, especialmente aquellas tendientes a preservar la seguridad personal de los participantes.
     Prior to the initation of the expedition contacting relevant police, naval or militar authorities in the area covered by the expedition and complying with their recommendations, particulary those connceted with health and safety of the members of the expedition.

D.- Cada miembro de la expedición declara estar en condiciones de salud y entrenamiento suficientes para llevar a cabo la expedición programada y asume personalmente la responsabilidad de cualquier riesgo que impliquen las actividades a desarrollar.
     Each member of the expedition must have adequate training and show good physical conditions. They shall be personally responsible for any risk taken during the expedition.
